Account & Data Deletion
Noctora works without an account, so there is nothing to "log out" of. Here's how to fully remove your data.
Option 1 — Delete on-device data
Favorites, saved scenes, and settings are stored only on your device. To wipe them:
- Open the app's Settings.
- Tap Clear all data.
- Or uninstall Noctora — this removes everything stored locally.
Option 2 — Request server-side deletion
If you contacted support or opted in to diagnostics, email danielvdeveloper@gmail.com from the address you used and request deletion.
- What we delete: support correspondence and any diagnostic identifiers tied to your device.
- What we keep: purchase receipts required by tax and app store regulations (retained as required by law).
- When: we process requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
Premium purchases
Premium is managed by Apple or Google. Refund and purchase history sit with the store of purchase — we don't have access to your billing details.
