Acceptance
By installing or using Noctora ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store and Google Play terms.
Premium and purchases
Noctora Premium is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google. All sales are final except where required by law or platform policy. Restore your purchase from the Premium screen using the same store account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app, redistribute its audio assets, or use it in any unlawful manner. Audio is licensed for personal listening only.
Health disclaimer
Noctora is a wellness and ambient sound app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have sleep, hearing, or mental-health concerns, please consult a licensed professional.
Hearing safety
Listen at a moderate volume. Prolonged exposure to high-volume audio can damage hearing.
Intellectual property
All app code, audio, artwork and trademarks are owned by Noctora or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Noctora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend access for users who violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the user's place of residence, except where superseded by mandatory local law.
